Pokka has three manufacturing bases, comprising food/beverage factories and a coffee-roasting factory.  Factories in Nagoya and Gunma produce drinks such as Pokka Coffee, and foods such as Pokka Lemon.  With a high-speed filler system producing more than 1,200 cans of coffee per minute and a system that incorporates the de-oxygenating method, these factories produce quality canned coffee at great efficiency.
Our factory in Toyota specializes in roasting coffee beans. A ceramic far-infrared radiation roasting system using a ceramic heater and a hot-air roasting system using gas are capable of roasting coffee beans while maintaining their rich flavor. All Pokka factories have earned accreditation under ISO-9001:2000, the international quality management standard, with the Toyota factory also achieving ISO-14001:2004, the international environmental management standard. In addition, the Gunma factory is certified with HACCP, the integrated hygiene management manufacturing process.  Pokka also plans to establish a production system based on a hygiene management standard such as HACCP, to further enforce the Pokka quality assurance system and ensure safety and reliability for customers.
